Delivery

All orders will have a delivery window of 2 - 5 weeks, this is due to each piece being made to order. I send all orders by tracked Royal Mail and you will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

If you require a faster delivery date or an alternative delivery provider, email salesrichjewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

I happily accept returns in exchange for a full refund if unfortunately you aren't happy with your product. My return window is 30 days from arrival of your order.

I can only refund you once you have returned the item back to me. Email me at salesrichjewellery@gmail.com about the information on how to return an item.
